Menu Package

An important component of the Silver Group program is our menu system designed by our dietitians for the seniors market. We provide a three-week rotation menu for Ontario, and a five-week rotation menu for Western provinces, twice yearly. This includes production sheets and week-at-a-glance menus and recipes. Included in the menu package are worksheets that provide portion size, texture, therapeutic modifications and recipe scaling for easy modification to suit specific needs.

Individual food items.

All of our individual menu and food items are tested in our own Extendicare homes and meet all of the regulatory requirements for freshness, health and nutrition.

Comprehensive menu package.

Our Comprehensive Menu Package means all of your menus are designed and specified by a Red Seal Chef – one of the highest chef designations in Canada.
